• Volunteer Development Committee Application

  • The Volunteer Development Committee helps recruit and connect our volunteer workforce. They support volunteer supervisors in recruiting and selecting the right volunteers for their team and, when necessary, guide volunteer supervisors and their team members through realigning expectations for volunteer roles. These volunteers will enact realignment efforts when individuals fail to fulfill their responsibilities of their roles.

Additionally, the Volunteer Development Committee is responsible for leading the application review, interview and candidate selection process for all vacant Leadership positions. The committee will recommend Fraternity Director, Regional Specialist and Coordinator volunteer appointments to Fraternity Council.
