- What day will you be arriving in Dallas/Fort Worth? Please note: Collegiate delegates must be onsite in time for delegate training that begins 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 25. A hotel room has been reserved for all collegiate delegates beginning Thursday evening. If you are unable to arrive in time for training on Thursday, please email dgevents@deltagamma.org to request to arrive on Wednesday, June 24.*
