Over the coming years, many varied opportunities will exist as a member of the Organizational Equity Assessment Implementation Committee. Please answer the questions below so we can attempt to offer opportunities for involvement that align with your interest level and availability.

Please note that this is a multi-year project and committee formation will be ongoing, so it is possible you may not be contacted for potential placement on an Implementation Committee for some time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this important work.
